Gerald L. Gamble Co., Inc. is one of the leading commercial and industrial real estate brokerage companies in the Oklahoma City area and has specialized in the sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and investment properties for over 45 years. In addition, the Company is active in the sales and leasing of large investment properties, including industrial warehouses, land, apartments, and office and retail space.

In addition to a wide variety of brokerage services, President Gerald Gamble, Associates Jim Buchanan, and Lori Bedford provide counseling and consulting services for investment analyses, site locations, issues pertaining to ad valorem taxes and zoning matters, and other real estate counseling services.

The Gamble team of real estate professionals offers affiliation with various Realtor organizations and holds several prestigious Realtor designations including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the CIREI (Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute), and Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). In addition, Gamble is a past-President of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors and for many years served on the Oklahoma Association of Realtors Board of Directors. He is a past-Director of the National Association of Realtors, served as President of the 11,000-member Oklahoma Association of Realtors, and was previously named “Realtor of the Year” by the Oklahoma Association of Realtors.

Gamble has long been associated with the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce as a long-time Director and Past Chairman and also Director and Past Chairman of the Chamber’s Economic Development Foundation.

The Company has brokered many of the major commercial and industrial property sales and leases in the Oklahoma City area as well as many of the major industrial site locations and relocations for industrial clients including Wal-Mart, Dresser Industries, McKesson Corp., Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co., Chrysler Corporation, BNSF Railroad, U.S. Government (Tinker Air Force Base and the F.B.I.), Baker Hughes, Inc., Crown Interprises, Associated Wholesale Grocers, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., Telex Communications, Ben E.
